Challenge12 - Garth Does Tough Mudder

As part of the Challenge12 project (www.challenge12.co.uk) I, Garth Taylor, will compete in the gruelling physical challenge of TOUGH MUDDER!

A 10-12 mile obstacle course where the obstacles include running through fire, artic cold water, live electric wires and a nettle slide!

I am taking part in this for Help For Heroes and would appreciate all the support you can give. There will be photos that show how much pain I was in and guarantee you your moneys worth!

For his third labour, Hercules had to capture the Golden Hind of Artemis, an enormous hind (deer), who lived in Keryneia, Greece. It had golden antlers like a stag and hooves of bronze or brass, and it was said that it could outrun an arrow in flight. To be honest, this sounds like a piece of piss compared to the Tough Mudder!!

Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. With the most innovative courses, half a million inspiring participants, and more than $2 million dollars raised for the Wounded Warrior
