This summer I will be part of a team of 14 Exeter University students cycling from London to Istanbul for Help for Heroes!!

To put it simply, that's 10 countries or 4,400km in 45 days...on a bike...in the heat of summer.

Guided by our 2 fantastic support drivers we will be covering an average of 120km per day taking us over The Alps (yes, over!), through Northern Italy, down the Adriatic Coast to reach Istanbul!

A daunting challenge? A crazy idea? Maybe, but there are thousands of people doing a far more extraordinary and challenging thing in fighting for their country. Sadly some of our heroes are living with injuries as a consequence of their service for life.
