Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!
I am cycling 54 miles from London to Brighton on 16th September 2012 in order to raise money for Cameroon Catalyst - a student led society of 20 Civil Engineering and French students from the University of Southampton working on behalf of the charity Mosame Trust.
All of the money raised goes towards the £25,000 required for the construction of a primary school in Bambouti, Eastern Cameroon, which has been designed and funded by the CamCat team. This is the 3rd year of a 5 year plan in order to help Bambouti become a self-sufficient village in Cameroon. Successful projects from the last 2 years include the construction of a community centre and a mechanical workshop in Bambouti.
So please help me achieve my £500 target! as I 'TRY' to cycle the 54 miles from London to Brighton! - it may even be done on a tandem bicycle with my team member Lottie McCarthy!
It is important to note that all of the money from your donations goes towards the construction costs of the primary school - not towards my personal travelling costs.
Thankyou :)
