This July i will be tackling the National 3 peaks in 24 hours with an elite team of athletic colleagues from Principality Building Society in aid of our charity of the year Cancer Research Wales. Having completed the Welsh 3 peaks challenge with the PBS a few years ago I now want to take on the next challenge.

Those who know me will know that i love sporting challenges. I anticipate this one to be very tough as the time constraints are tight and we will need to climb the second and third mountains on tired legs - a completely different type of endurance to the marathon running i am used to. So dig deep and help the team raise as much as we can for our excellent charity.
