Hiya!

So, after not owning or really riding a bike since i was 8, i got a brand new shiny one for my birthday a couple of years ago, and should really put it to good use - it is pretty after all! So i've singed up for the Northern Rock Cyclone Challenge, alongside my better half Andy Woo. He of course is a LOT fitter than me so i piked and went for the shorter course of 33 miles - which will still be a feat for little old me :)

I am rasing money for a very worthy cause - The Karen Woo Foundation, and would love if you would be able to dig deep and help me along to the finish line - those who know me will be very aware that excercise isn't usually my friend!
