Story

Update2;

Corporate sponsorship programme has been launched and so far has raised £1600, though this is yet to come in and isnt included in my total. We had a cake/sweet sale last week and this raised over £200 between two charities and £86 went towards Save the Children so thank you to everyone that bought some treats! The Lotto Bonus Ball game is now up and running and should pull in another £1000 and we had the first winner of £40 on Saturday...

Remember still to come is the Curry Night in Southend, the quiz night in Romford, potential quiz in Southend, Sponsored Silence in London.

Myself and 3 others are running a 'Fun Week' w/c 19th March for Credit Operations, a department of 3000 staff, along with Global Payments (16sites not sure how many staff probably 5000). There will be chances of winning an iPad and iPod's, vouchers and lots of dress down prizes etc but more inportantly this should raise a significant amount towards our £4000 targets.

Cheers,
Ben

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been fortunate enough to be selected to take part in Lloyds Banking Group's Everest Base Camp Challenge. This means that in support of LBG Charity of the year, Save the Children, I will be climbing 17,958ft (5,364meters!!) to Mount Everest's Base Camp in Nepal, Asia.

I have a target of £4000 to raise before 1st June and I aim to keep you all updated with various fundraising events in the next few weeks/months.
