We fund research into SMA to help find a cure and treatments

Story

Welcome to the JustGiving Page for Zumbathon N3, organised by TeamDavid.

The SMA Trust is a UK registered charity working to fund medical research into
 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).

The SMA Trust’s objective remains constant: to be active and progressive in the search for a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Methods to halt and/or alleviate the disease are also sought in order to treat both children and adults with SMA to make their lives, and the lives of their families, more fulfilling. Additionally, the Trust involves itself, informally, with helping to create connections between research organisations internationally, and aims to make useful introductions within the SMA community.
