I'm running the Silverstone half marathon on 11th March 2012 to raise money for Cameroon Catalyst, a team which I am apart of at Uni that works alongside the Mosame Trust charity aiming to promote self-sufficiency and sustainable development in Cameroon.

We are an organization made up of Civil Engineering and French Students from Southampton and over the last two years we have raised money to help rebuild the village of Bambouti by constructing a new Community and Medical Centre as well as a Workshop for servicing cars and training apprentices. All our buildings are funded and designed by us to British Standards. In the future we would like to roll out similar problems in other parts of Cameroon rather than just one village. 

This year we are trying to raise money for the construction of a school in the village which will benefit the local community and change the lives of the local children who will be able to gain an education. Conceptual designs by us can be found in my photos..

To achieve this aim the team and I need to raise £28,000 and to do this I am personally attempting to raise at least £500 by running myself into the ground at Silverstone. Any support would be greatly appreciated either through motivational messages or donations.
