Since my grandad died in 2006, my amazing mum has done a lot to support the charity that gave my grandad the care that he needed at home in the last few weeks of his life. To show her how proud I am of her, I have decided to walk along side her in any up and coming treks she choses to embark on. The first being the Chilterns 3 Peaks Challenge, an 18 mile walk for Iain Rennie Hospice at Home. 

Back again! A year later and we're gearing up to do it all again! Along with my mum, dad, two brothers, uncle, auntie, two little cousins and my boyfriend we are all joining forces and taking part in The Chiltern 3 Peaks Challenge 2012! This year is in memory of my nan, Janet Palmer, who was sadly taken from us in December 2011.
