thanks to everyone who's sponsored me so far, it's a tough training day for me today!!!

On Sunday 4th September I will be cycling 101 miles in the King of The Pennines challenge.

I'm hoping to raise a little extra cash for Leukaemia & Lymphoma while enjoying the ride.
