YES! I'M CRAZY... but please dig deep down into your pockets and give a little to save our friends on this earth!

Being such a keen explorer from a very young age, I have trekked in the Andes and throughout Snowdonia National Park, but now I want to experience something bigger. I have been given the opportunity to join a small goup of people, including my brother and my dad, to trek up Mt. Toubkal in Morocco, Africa. At 4167m, this is the highest peak in North Africa. This will be a huge personal challenge for me, not only being the only female member of the group!!! but enduring some of the worse weather conditions of the year on the mountain. We will be trekking mid winter in February, so learning how to use crampons and ice axes will be my first challenge.
 

I want to be able to share this experience with everybody I know and give something back to the community by raising money for some very deserved causes which mean alot to me:

PLAN INTERNATIONAL UK - This is a childrens based charity I have been involved with for many years. They work abroad all over the world helping less fortunate families by providing the little things in which make their lives a little easier, from mosquito nets, clean water, training adults in basic medical care, planting crops, providing necessary school equiptment etc. From as little as a few pounds can even register a child so they can be somebody who matters. Their work really matters to so many people all over the world suffering from natural disasters and lack of food and medical care.

Any money raised for Plan International UK will help buy the necessary equipment to aid families and help make their lives a much happier one.
