In August 2010 we lost our lovely Julia after a 10 month battle with Pancreatic Cancer. A whole life helping others, a nurse for over 45 years, she was unfairly taken from us by this cruel disease. As her family and friends we wanted to do something in her memory - yesterday we all finished the BUPA 10k in London - well done everyone - especially as we were hit with unexpectedly hot weather which proved a huge challenge! Thank you to all our great supporters who came along - including John - Julia's husband - and all 4 grandchildren who cheered us all on x
