Right people its that time of year again and once again i am part of the elite squad know as the "Red fox squadron". We have gone for a harder ride this year in the form of 75km off road around the isle of wight. We have been training hard for months as we all know this is not going to be easy.I would appreciate any donations you could give no matter how much or how little as it will give me a massive boost for the day and also it is for a good cause!!  Wish me luck !!
