One month on and aftershocks still come every day. Here in Akita we're safe (with no yogurt but still safe!) but over on the east coast there are thousands and thousands of people living in shelters. They need our help!

This weekend I'm participating in a 5km fun run supporting '5 to Survive'. Money raised will support the survivors of March 11's earthquake and tsunami.
