Between Tuesday 5th July and Saturday 9th July we will all be cycling the 350 miles from Lands End to Twickenham.  Why are we doing this ?  Is it because we are elite athletes and want to test ourselves ? Sadly not the case.  We're doing this for one reason - to raise as much money as we possibly can for Help for Heroes.

We have set ourselves a target of raising £5,000 from our participation in this event and need your help.  Please give what you can to help us to raise funds for those brave servicemen and women who need the support of Help for Heroes.
