I have seen for myself during field trips across the world  the life changing impact EJAF has on so many people's lives Men, woman and children, the continual message I get on these trips is hope, that is a great gift. The Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) is one of the foremost independent AIDS charities in the world. Their mission is to provide focused and sustainable funding to frontline programmes that help to alleviate the physical, emotional and financial hardship of those living with, affected by or at risk of HIV/AIDS, and to continue the fight against this worldwide pandemic.
To date EJAF has helped to support more than 1,200 projects, enabling them and their programme partners to reach millions of people infected, affected or at risk of HIV/AIDS.
My attempt to reach the North Pole is nothing compared to the struggle some of these people have to face in their daily lives with HIV/AIDS. Please dig deep and donate to this worthy cause.
