When I found out that my employer had chosen to raise funds for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, I knew that I wanted to get involved.  I am lucky to call myself a cancer survivor but there are still many people out there, including a close family member, who still battle this horrible disease.  

Clatterbridge treats around 30,000 patients per year and by choosing to support the charity you are helping them to improve patient experience as well as funding vital research for the latest therapies and innovations.

As to the challenge, sadly, I missed out on the charity skydive which, for me, would have been a little less daunting than what I have signed up for - the National Three Peaks. This involves climbing the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours - 23 miles with 10,052 ft of ascent and over 450 miles of driving.  I have little doubt that this will be extremely difficult but with a lot of training and plenty of support from the team at Weightmans who join me, i'll get there.

I fully appreciate that times are tough but any and all donations would be gratefully received.
