I am raising money for Mind the mental health charity.

At the last minute I have stepped into the event to cover a friend who can no longer run so have performed exactly 0 training for the event but will be trying my hardest to complete it.

Mind provide essential mental health services. If you know someone who has been affected by mental health issues (such as depression, anxiety, etc) then its very likely they have needed to use a mental health support service such as Mind. Without services like this those with issues would be left hanging with no support and nowhere to turn.

Anything you can spare would be very much appreciated
