I have been awarded a ballot place in the RideLondon 100 (basically the Cycling version of the London Marathon)

It's a 100 mile closed road event, which I have tried to enter for the last 4 years but never been lucky enough to win a ballot place.

This year I am aiming to raise as much sponsorship money as I can for St Vincent's support centre in Leeds, so they can continue the great work they do in supporting the people of Leeds who are less fortunate than ourselves and help them build a brighter future.

My work colleague, Pippa is also raising money for the St Vincent's support centre by entering the Great North Run.
