Hi everyone.

My name is Sophie and I am 11 years old.

My Mum told me about a little boy called George who has had 23 operations, even though he's not even 2 years old yet :(

When George was born his bowel wasn’t fully formed, he had two holes in his heart and his oesophagus did not meet his stomach. He was a very poorly baby and he has had to have lots of operations to help him get better. He is known to everyone as Super George.

George's Mummy and Daddy are trying to raise a lot of money to help build a room at the hospital in Nottingham where he has spent a lot of time. This room will be a nice place for families with very poorly children to use and get training about how to care for their babies.

I really want to help raise money too, so I am setting up this page (with a little bit of help) to see if I can raise £150 to put towards the Super George fund raising appeal.

On Saturday 29th June 2019 I will be running the 5k Pretty Muddy Run at Markeaton Park in Derby and I would be really happy if you could make a donation to my page. Even £1 would be amazing. 

To start it off I am donating my £5 pocket money.
