Mind Your Step is a charity walk that has been established in memory of Jamie Margetts who sadly lost his battle against a long term mental health illness in October 2016, at the age of 41. The Challenge aims to raise awareness of the struggles faced by people with mental health illnesses on a daily basis, to encourage participation in exercise for the mental health benefits it brings and raise money for Mind, the mental health charity.

The walk follows the Derwent Valley Heritage Way, starting at Ladybower Reservoir and finishing in Derby city centre on June 22nd, encompassing a total of 45 miles. Team members are walking half of the way and sharing the load.
