True, it’s a bit of a stretch for us. We aren’t in any way athletic, nor are we in any fit state to walk this far. What we lack in physical prowess, we more than make up in our determination to give back to a school that has given so much to our eldest and that has agreed to take on the youngest in September (what have they let themselves in for?!)

Our eldest has flourished like we never thought possible at Liss Infant School and much of that is down to the staff and support workers who create a truly lovely place for our children to learn and have fun.

But as with many schools it has faced recent budget cuts. The money we raise from this trek will go towards providing some of the added extras that will really enhance the children’s learning experience.
