This year i myself will be participating in the British 10k as apart of team orange. The reason for this is so that i can raise money for the emergency response camapign which penny appeal have. The funds raised from this 10k will go to countries such as Gaza, syria, myanmar and east africa. The funds will be distributed from the marathon and than used to target issues such as famine,  war , poverty, disease, etc. The programme will help those in need and provide them with better care abd hygiene standards. Please donate as generously as possible. Proceeds could save lives and bring a better future for the less fortunate.
