Hello all, 

As I'm sure you know by now by amazing sister Lauren was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 31. Thankfully, she is now all clear but along the way relied on the help and advice of numerous charities who were instrumental in providing advice and emotional support. 

Trekstock are an incredible charity that support young people going through cancer (a vastly undersupported group). They provide incredible practical and social advice in a light hearted way. They also run a RENEW programme aiming to help young people back into exercise post treatment. To celebrate their 10 year anniversary they are holding the London Big 10 Urban Trek on May 18th. A 10 mile trek through London hoping to raise much needed funds and awareness for a great cause. 

Myself, Lauren and our wonderful Dad Gary will be trekking as a family in the hope of raising a lot of money for a charity that helped my sis through her darkest times. Any donation you could spare would be much appreciated.
