A close friend of mine unfortunately lost his dad to Multiple Sclerosis 4 years ago. In his honor and as a nod to all those that bring their strength everyday to the struggles and hurdles that MS inflicts, he has organised an inspiring four day endurance challenge to help raise funds to contribute to the great work that the MS Society does. 

4 days. 3 days cycle London to Newcastle. Day 4 run the Great North Run.

It wasn't a hard sell for me (and 50 others). I enjoy a challenge but rarely do I undergo a suffer-fest for the cause of others. I'm not keen on running but knowing that this event will make a difference thanks to your donations will be the motivation I need.
