It's just three blokes walking 82 miles in 3 days.

I have chosen to do this for my own mental health so I think it's really important that I also try use this as a way to help others too. Heaven knows I've needed help so much in the past and recently too so any little thing I can do to help others with issues too is surely a good thing.
