On the 28th and 29th June, I will be joining friends and colleagues on a canoe challenge along the River Medway, to raise much needed funds for the Mental Health Charity: Mind.

As someone who has struggled with depression and anxiety, and who knows so many others who have needed care and support with their mental wellbeing, I am looking forward to taking on this challenge and contributing to the amazing work Mind does.
