Hi all!

I am raising money for Compton Care by doing 120-mile cycle ride (yes, I'm doing the long one) in just one day on the 21st of June! This seemed like a great idea after a few pints in the local pub! 

My journey starts in the center of Wolverhampton and I will cycle to Aberdovey (Wales). 

Please help make the ride less painful in the knowledge we are raising money for the excellent cause of helping Compton Care to continue their excellent job.
