Story

Hello everyone!

I have decided to take part in the Great Manchester 10k for the second year running. This year, I have chosen to raise money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), a charity that is leading a movement against male suicide - the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

CALMs goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men. Their website hosts inspiring content written by men, for men alongside information and support. They have successful campaigns tackling sterotypes of masculinity, suicide and male mental health.

Please donate anything you can for an amazing cause!

About the charity

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this.
