I took this challenge on as a personal challenge anyone who knows me knows I struggle with chronic pain so it’s gonna be tough. To make it even more worthwhile if I can help raise some money  to go to The  Sarah Groves Foundation as I go then fantastic. 

This challenge is 115 laps (within 30 days) up the Val Des Terres and round back down the roads by the the Dorset to loop, each lap is 1.6km on a 77m elevation. This is equivalent to the total height on Mount Everest 8848m.
