Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page......Its time for another challenge! 

Before my beautiful girls were born I used to teach Monkey Music for  my lovely boss Alison.  A job that I thoroughly enjoyed! So when Alison emailed me to ask If i would be up for a triathlon I didn't hesitate in saying yes! I strangely love a challenge!!!

I will be joining a team of 15 other fantastic women to raise money for a wonderful music therapy charity...Nordoff Robins - the Uk's largest independent music therapy provider and trainer of music therapists.

I would be so grateful for any sponsorship.  Just a small amount can make such a difference.

- £5 will provide a tool for a non verbal child to be able to express themselves beyond words through something as simple as drumsticks

- £50 will pay for a child suffering from cancer to attend a music therapy session

- £250 will pay for a full day of music therapy in a dedicated centre

I would love to raise enough for a full day of music therapy, so my target is £250!
