When they were younger the boys and I LOVED our Monkey Music classes - the boys discovered a love of music and I discovered a wonderful friend in Alison, - who runs the classes.

Fast Forward 5 years and I’m excited to join Alison, and a troop of other ‘Monkey Mums’ doing a TRIATHLON to raise money for music therapy for vulnerable kids through the charity Nordoff Robins.

Ok maybe excited is pushing it 🤣 - I am especially dreading getting on my rusty bike with a soggy bottom - but it’s for a charity who are really changing lives with music - so I’m all in!! 

As a team we have set a target of providing over 300 individual music therapy sessions!
