Myself and Sally are taking part in two races the Stafford Half Marathon on 17 March and Trentham 15k Resolution Run on 7th April both to raise money for the Stroke Association.

I have chosen this charity as Sally lost her dear mum on 12 November 2018 and when Sally asked me to run with her it was the least I could do to support her through a very difficult time.
