I’m joining an amazing bunch of ladies making our triathlon debut in East Grinstead in May.

Brought together by a shared love of Monkey Music, he will be cheering us on along the way.

Not sure why I thought this was a good idea, particularly the prospect of wearing an all in one Lycra bodysuit, but hey, we should raise loads of dosh for this amazing charity and have some fun along the way...
