In September 2019 I will be taking part in the Thames Path Challenge, a 100km (62 miles) walk along the River Thames from Putney to Henley to raise money for Mind-the Mental Health Charity. Mental health issues can effect any of us in our journey through life and I am proud to be able to support such a worthwhile cause.
