Ellie's prognosis is 95% thanks to advances in cancer research over the years.  For me personally, the past year has opened my eyes to a completely different world and watching Ellie having to go through vast amounts of toxic chemotherapy and other treatments has been the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and hopefully ever will do.

There are so many sick children that have to go through the same and worse, and that's why it's really important for research to continue not just to try and cure all cancers, but also to reduce the amount of side effects and pain any child has to go through to battle their illness.

At Children with Cancer UK we actively raise and invest money for vital specialist research to save the lives of every child with cancer and keep their family together.  Our vision is a world where every child diagnosed with cancer gets to ring their end of cancer treatment bell.
