Story
Now that (against the odds) it actually looks like I might pull this off I have decided to make a JustGiving page to try and raise £1 for every km I run this December.
Those that know me might know that organisation is not my strongest suit and so getting out for a run every day of December come wind rain sleet or snow (and that's just Sheffield) is going to be a real challenge for me.
The December Daily dash was started in 2015 by a husband and wife team in order to raise money for a hospice that cared for their family members in their time of need. In the three short years since then the Daily dash has gone on to attract over 200 participants raising money for Sue Ryder hospices and palliative care centres.
I've always liked the Idea of being active and raising money for good causes so this event is the perfect fit for me.
