Justene Wilke is raising money for Saigon Children's Charity CIO
Story

In April 2019, I will be joining H2H 2019 for the 10th anniversary of this charity ride, biking from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City through the beautiful countryside and over the mountains dodging the occasional truck or water buffalo. As an alumna of the inaugural ride back in 2009, I look forward to getting back in the saddle and continuing to raise money for many worthwhile organizations working to interrupt the cycle of poverty in a country that stole my heart many years ago (cheesy, I know, but it's true).
The money we raise directly benefits five organizations that work to break the cycle of poverty that affects the most vulnerable members of society (i.e. children) by providing & supporting education, healthcare, job training, and employment opportunities.

a foundation in Belgium which main purpose it is to help disadvantaged children in Vietnam. Its biggest accomplishment is the construction of a boarding school in Pleiku in central Vietnam

Furthermore, riders cover all costs associated with the ride (food, guesthouses, support vehicle(s), health insurance, bikes, and flights to Vietnam for those of us that reside outside Vietnam) so 100% of your donation goes to the beneficiaries. The organizations we work with (and me!) appreciate whatever you can offer because no donation is too small and every little bit helps.
