Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Rather than watch from the sidelines this year I have decided to join 350 intrepid runners who will take on the challenge of running, walking (or crawling) 5km each day for the month of December - The December Daily Dash.

The event was set up and continues to be supported by Jackie and Mark who raise funds for Sue Ryder, the charity that supported their family 4 years ago. To date this event has raised £25,000. If you can find just a small amount of money to support this worth cause it would very much be appreciated.

Now I need to slip on my trainers and get out in the cold for the next 5km instalment!
