We will be joining over 350 other runners to complete 5km every day of December.  We are all taking part to raise much needed funds for an incredible cause, and benefitting from improved health and wellbeing along the way.

As it is the festive season with parties, end of term mum's drinks etc it is not going to be as easy as it may sound.  And don't forget we said EVERYDAY, that includes Christmas Day!
