The December Daily Dash is a challenge to run 5km/3miles every day in December and was founded back in 2015 in Maidenhead & Cookham.  Everyone running is raising money for Sue Ryder.

I have quite a few friends who participate and thought it would be a good way of continuing my running, as I've had to take a little break since the Great South Run, and I've roped in Liz too.

Luckily, there are no rules about how fast you have to be, and I don't even have to be in Maidenhead. I'll likely have to do some treadmill runs but am hoping to get out and about at weekends in some festive running gear - so keep an eye out for a very slow-moving santa/elf.
