We are nearly a third of the way through and making good progress! It’s been a tough week with work challenges meaning to dash didn’t happen on Thursday but I made up for it with a double dash on Friday. A dash mob on Saturday where we turned parkrun pink and a lovely run with Ted today searching out the numbers on the Beeches Festive Trail. Only 3 weeks to go!

This will be my 3rd year of dashing 5K every day in December which means that all the mince pies and Christmas trimmings can be enjoyed without any guilt and I'm raising awareness for an amazing charity at the same time. I'll mainly be running with my regular run buddy Glyn, but Teddy my 10 year old will be joining me when he can fit it in too.
