Although I've not been directly impacted by this disease, many are. In fact it's only a 1 in 300 chance of developing MND, that's one person in a typical Cinema Screen! 

Before I started training for this back in November I'd only done a handful of 10k's and that was my absolute limit. Now I'm already running 19k and am pushing myself everyweek both physically and mentally. I'm driven by the knowledge that I'm lucky enough to be able to take on this challenge with an able body, (something we all take for granted on a daily basis) so I can help those who aren't so lucky. 

But I need your help, I have a tough target of £1500 to raise and although I will be doing several small events to help reach that target, if you can afford a donation to help me on my way I'd love you all even more!
