Hiya, my name is Allanah Quinney and I am in my first year at Bangor university in North wales. My path to university has not been an easy one and has required a lot of support due to my own struggles with anxiety.

I have been given the opportunity to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest free-standing mountain, in aid of the charity 'Mind'; a charity which is very close to my heart. As a person who has struggled with their mental health since I was 12, I know how hard it can be to find support and the lack of Government funding to Mental Health Services is not making it any easier. 

I want to help support a charity that has supported me in the past so that others can receive the amazing support that I did
