In September 2019 I will be trekking up the tallest mountain in Africa; Mount Kilimanjaro. The mountain stands at a huge 5985m above sea level, which is over 5 times the size of Mount Snowdon. I’m doing this challenge with a team from Bangor University to help raise money for Mind. 

Mind is a charity very close to my heart, as I’m sure it is to most you. Statistics say that during any given year, 1 in 4 people will suffer with their mental health. Mind does amazing work with providing local services to support people suffering in the area. They provide a lifeline to those that need it the most. They also work closely with our fantastic NHS. Thanks to everyone’s donations they are able to train professionals and be there for the people (our loved ones) that are suffering.

Please help me reach my goal and give to a great cause. No one should suffer alone.
