On the 2nd September 2019, I will embark on an amazing adventure to scale the worlds tallest freestanding mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Located in Kilimanjaro National Park, Tanzania, Mt. Kilimanjaro stands an amazing 5,853m above sea-level making it the highest point in Africa and one of the 7 peaks.

This challenge does not go without cause and I will be completing this challenge in aid of Mind, the mental health charity.
As some of you know, I have helped and supported a number of friends in the past who have suffered and continue to suffer with various mental health conditions. Mind not only helps those suffering with mental health conditions, but also helps those who are supporting others.

When you’re living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information - about a condition, treatment options, or practical issues - is vital.
