On Saturday October 13th, I am attempting to walk a half marathon around Ipswich in 4 hours to raise money for Alzheimer’s research UK. This is a charity a hold close to my heart having witnessed the effects of dementia on my mum, who passed away 2015 from this awful illness! Unfortunately there is not a cure for this horrendous disease but hopefully this may change with the continuing work of Alzheimer’s research UK. All sponsors will be gratefully appreciated.
