Many of you will remember the now infamous London to Bordeaux bike ride, organised by Past Master Ben Burbidge. 

This was an enormous success and inspired me to organise a second ‘Master’s Challenge’ – this time with a Furniture Makers’ relay team, aiming to cycle all three routes of the most famous of the Tour de France stages, Mont Ventoux, in a single day.
