My name is Eli Jacobs, I am 14 and I am going into year 10 at Hasmonean.



On the 19th/20th of August, I will cycle 200k (Golders Green to Bournemouth) with
my friends for GIFT.



I decided to take on this challenge because I have seen all of the amazing work that GIFT do for our community.



In the past I have volunteered for GIFT by         

            collecting food

            packing bags 

            mentoring a 6 year old boy



I am really excited   to participate in this venture   - please know it
 is more than a personal adventure...

I believe in the work GIFT facilitates and have seen my friends motivated to help those less fortunate than themselves and become more understanding and altruistic through their volunteering .
