Walking improves well being and helps fights stress and depression.
- Walking releases endorphins which improves mood.
- Walking in a group is a social activity which can help improve mental health.
- Spend time in the outdoors and in contact with the natural environment.
On Thursday 2nd August, me and Andy will be starting a 24 hour walk along the Thames Path. In total we will be covering 50 miles from London to Windsor passing a number of iconic London bridges and walking through beautiful parkland.
